Hi, I’m Angelina! I’m a multimedia journalist currently based in London, UK. I’m passionate about telling stories on the intersection of business, culture and food through reporting, video shooting & editing, and motion graphics animation.
I grew up in Shenzhen, a city on the southeastern coast of China, for which I hold a not-so-discreet amount of hometown pride.
I received my B.A. in Journalism and Economics from New York University, during which I headed video production for a TV newscast program and was a production assistant for a documentary project under Paul McGhee media studies department.
I’ve worked in newsrooms across the U.S., the U.K., and China. I've produced videos for The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, International Business Time, and HuffPost. And I've written for the Financial Times, Quartz, South China Morning Post, New York Magazine, Jing Daily, China Film Insider, and etc.
When I'm not busy being a journalist, you can find me scouring for art exhibits, going to the theaters, watching movies, attending to my 20-gallon reef aquarium, and wandering around the city with my camera.
